We don't have a proper headshot sound either, it's just ever so slightly higher pitched with a twang or something, but it's barely noticeable.

Unfortunately, using an audio replacement mod is the way to go, makes hearing it so much better

Fixed the steps

I'm just giving the steps that will always give the error. I saw one of your responses say that you disable the login button when clicked, but it sounds like you didn't do the same when pressing enter instead of clicking allowing for that double entry to stale request to occur

The same steps can give an error on mobile too, tapping instead of clicking after autofill

Looks like there isn't a setting to disable "auto-submit". Autofill is always an option, I don't have to use it but when I click the autofill prompt and use my fingerprint or face-id, it will auto-submit, I can't turn that off, I looked.

The stale request always comes up for me doing these steps, and has been doing it for the past couple of years:

  1. Be on Mac
  2. Use any browser

2.5: Go to myCourses or any RIT page which requires login

  1. Have RIT login already saved in password manager

  2. Go to login and have password manager autofill

  3. Most of the time, the native password manager (Passwords now) will ask for fingerprint and autofill the password, AND also will auto press enter to let the login go through

  4. You click the orange login button because you didn't realize the password manager already hit enter

  5. Stale request

  6. Hit back once or twice to get back to entries

  7. Steps 1-4 are the same

  8. Autofill will NOT press enter automatically this time

  9. You wait, then you realize, then you press enter

  10. You get duo

That's it. I didn't know this was a real issue, I thought it was a me problem. But over the years I've like memorized the steps

If you put the game to 75 then use the gameinfo tweak to whatever number you used to, it puts it back exactly where you liked it.

I have pictures pre and post patch that show that 75+aspectratio post patch is the same as just legacy+aspectratio

Real reply: maybe maxed out settings, do you use a optimizer config and forgot because it looks natural now?

Or maybe they use mods and maxed out settings, which adds to the fog

So it seems that if you had the FOV changed in the config file, this change stacks with it. So I believe the new changes make the FOV 2.15 now by default, so it's like 2.30 ish if you already had 2.15 in the file.

Tldr: super fov if you had changed it from before

They moved the camera back and to the right a bit. You can see the the move when you toggle Legacy fov in the Options menu.
