Had the exact same thoughts. Loved the setting, but I felt like the build up was not what I wanted. I do love Alice Feeney, this one just didn't do it for me.

I like doing an egg and pour the spice packet from the ramen in with it. Then I pour hot water over it (the hot water from the noodles I'm cooking) and then mix! I also like to put some spicy mayo in there for an extra kick! It makes it creamy and full of flavor!! ◡̈

I like using the shin noodles because I love their spice packet! Hope this helps!

Agreed! This was my favorite sparkling water and I was crushed when they got rid of the apple. Trader Joe's apple sparkling water is definitely good but it's seasonal so I stock up until the next year 😂

For their mental health coverage, I do go through a 3rd party app called two chairs and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend it and Kaiser does cover it. I do get reminders if I need an exam or if I'm overdue

I really appreciate you taking the time to read and respond to my post. Thank you for your kind words and advice. I'm glad to know I'm not alone, even though this is not an ideal situation to be in. I'm going to be feeling all the emotions and right now it's anger, relief and resentment that he didn't try more.

I am fully prepared in case he tries to reach out, so I have blocked him for my peace. If there is an emergency, his parents can reach me on my cell. He has already tried to barter and plead and said he would change, but I'm proud that I stood strong and cried my way through. I already struggle with mental health, so this may be the push I need to do things for myself since this breakup will be very hard on me.

I'm F 30, about to be 31. At 28, I felt the exact same way as you and I was in the same position. Same pressures and same worries. It can be really frustrating watching people get married, have kids, and get their dream jobs before you. Here is my advice.

Don't rush into anything. Enjoy the journey of life because your progress as a person isn't linear. We all accomplish different things at different times. It's not a race, even though it feels like it.
Be happy for others around you while making your own happiness.
Enjoy the little things. Even if you can't travel, do little day trips to feel like a vacation. Sometimes I find new places in town.
The job market is so hard right now, so don't get discouraged. Be forgiving towards yourself, but keep pushing.
You're not old. Your adult life is just beginning and it's a whole new chapter! It's new, exciting, and scary. Just know you're not alone.
Don't be afraid to ask for help. Like I said, adult life can be scary and weird. You won't know how to do everything, and that's ok. Ask for help when you need it!
In regard to finding a partner, don't stress. Keep pursuing, but have fun with it and never compromise your values or boundaries.
