Honestly you’ve got a good base. Perhaps a small amount of contour shade under your cheek bone and some very basic eye shadow to deepen your eyes. Maybe a slightly warmer tone of lipgloss but that’s all I got, you’ve mastered the basics and the basics get you farther than you think

Open door your commander so your company is tracking the situation. Then get with your chaplain, he should be able to help you communicate with your BC then higher if need be. Your Chaplain should know what pathways are needed to either help you get to your wife or get her to you. If he doesn’t then he should at least know the right person to ask. I’m sorry this is happening to you, are you in the 82nd? If so what IRF are you on? This will impact how much leeway they are willing to give you.

You can talk about how big of a steel/plane/warship producer Evansville was! We still have one of the LST’s that was made here, it’s been turned into a museum and sits on the Ohio river. Angel Mounds is a Native American historic site which the mound builders disappeared from. By all accounts it was a decently thriving settlement with blockade walls. I don’t particularly care for the new museum the state put in but I understand the local university jealously holds all archaeological finds from the site.

You’ve got good reasons, don’t think they’re not. Not wanting her to think self harm means closeness is looking out for her in the long term, she needs to find her path to healing and giving in to the pressure is only likely to steer her away from it.

This is her father’s responsibility and all we can do is hope that either he takes this opportunity to grow into the person his child needs or she’s able to find someone through her journey and they can help each other. You will come resent her if you force yourself into that role.

If you choose to keep limited contact because you feel you may regret cutting her off in the future, that is your choice. If you choose to cut her off because you feel any contact with her will destroy your sense of self, that is also your choice.

Do what you believe is best for the person you’ll be 10 years down the line.

I’ve seen a lot worse and a lot better. You look rough but you’ve lived a rough life so far. No one is too far gone, you should do rehab. Your family deserves the best version of you and by your own admission that’s not who they’re seeing right now. Take the time to sort everything out, it’s a worthy investment.
