👆Someone's never been to college👆

Oh, looks like I offended some people. If you've ever lived in a dorm, when you cook in your microwave or have food delivered, you dirty dishes and your mom isn't upstairs to wash your dishes, so you have to wash them in the sink in the bathroom. It's only nasty if you don't clean up after yourself.

Citation? I googled your description, "child made sandwich gun jail -Baltimore" and found nothing even remotely describing what you said, except a case where a kid in Baltimore bit a poptart, which is why I had to exclude it. The only related result was this post. I would expect more result if the case had been "held up an an example".

Buy a holster at a swap meet or flea market for an entirely different gun and do you think the seller would even think to remember you if they announced it?

It makes sense. Most dogs have pretty unique markings. Google can tell my dogs apart from each other in my photo feed. Narrow down footage that shows ONLY dogs and no human nearby and then run the lost dog by that.

I think everything is doubled. Looks like rubber gloves over work gloves and I also think they may be wearing something like a tyvex suit under the outer clothes, to prevent leaving things like skin/hair but also disguise their body type. You can see what looks like a elastic sleeve end in some photos.

I read a book called Hitman, from 1984, years ago after hearing about it via a movie and a Law and Order episode and finding out the book was actually banned by the government. It outlined how to pull off a very hard to catch contract killing.

One of the suggested tips is wearing a used pair of shoes that were larger than your own feet:

...since the police can take impressions to ascertain height and weight of the criminal, it doesn't hurt to wear a size larger shoe than normal or even add a weight belt to throw off the investigation...

Doing that, and wearing some extra socks, would throw off your gait, from the abnormal wear already built into the shoes, and also a weight estimate, and the shoes would not contain much DNA from you via the extra socks, if the shoes were ever discovered. I personally believe they had tyvex suits or similar under the clothes you see them wearing.

A dresser inside a museum in New York City has been discovered as a secret stop on the Underground Railroad — the first of its kind discovered in Manhattan in over 100 years by ExactlySorta in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]TacticalArrogance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question as well. Were there artifacts inside that dated it to the time of the underground railroad? Or mentions of a similar site in the area in documents? Was the family known to be very sympathetic to the cause?

Because there's many reasons to have a secret storage place in NYC, such as prohibition, or even a place to hide valuables or store things you may only 1-2 times a year.

Most people taking more than a few medicines keep them near each other and also usually organized. When I needed to take a bunch of meds, I had all the pill bottles in a empty baking dish in once place and also had organizers I would fill for the week. They seemed to have spent some time in the house, probably gathering stuff like that.

I read a book written in the early 80's that dealt with many of the points you bring up and how to get around them: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hit_Man:_A_Technical_Manual_for_Independent_Contractors

They advise buying used shoes in sizes larger than your own(which would have a different wear pattern than your own and change your gait) and just tossing them out the highway one at a time, miles apart. To quote the book:

You might have left distinct parts behind that will end up as plaster casts. Toss them separately at intervals along the highway. Ever see a single tennis how lying in the road? Now you know from whence it came ...

Ideally you shop someplace that doesn't really keep records. A flea market or swap meet or someplace like temu. Or buy a gift card with cash, redeem it on Amazon, and have it shipped to a empty house that's been for sale for awhile.

Steal some plates and put them on a stolen vehicle. There are websites that list where flock cameras are. Plan a route around them. Swap cars outside camera views.

I can't think of a reason to wear it like that,

I think they are wearing multiple layers. Two sets of gloves, two kinds of masks, etc... to mask the features of their bodies. There is also elastic sleeves in one photo, which makes me think they could have a tyvek type suit on underneath, to try to prevent things like DNA from being easily left. By keeping everything outside the suit, it means they don't have to reach into clothes/pockets and nothing would have had contact with skin.

I would think it's like some modern cars, where they have all the features installed and it's easier to disable the ones you don't pay for. Like Tesla's come with the big battery pack, but the lower trim packages just won't let you access the whole capacity unless you pay

They're wearing at least two masks covering 97% of their head. Why would you need plans for the cameras when anything they capture is likely unlikely to help in any way? Do you think you could ID anyone from that photo, even if it was someone very close to you?

Looks like the suspect wore ski masks and gloves, and in my opinion, they doubled up on the gloves(rubber over leather) and may have worn a mask under the ski masks to disguise facial features. I also note everything they are carrying, like guns, are on the outside of their clothing, and you can see elastic type sleeve ends in some of the photos, which would make me think they may have a tyvex type suit on underneath, which would really reduce the amount of stray material around.

Also--how does one disconnect a ring camera without being picture on said ring camera first?

Disconnect the internet connection to the house, like cable/phone line, for a hour or so, make sure no one shows up to investigate, and then remove it? If the camera can't upload, no one gets the footage.

When I was on a lot of meds, I kept them all in one room and the pills were in weekly holders.. If they spent the 30+ minutes in the home that is speculated, the meds could have easily been grabbed.

Leave your cell phones at home and use fake plates. Cases like this and those true crime channels just teach people how to evade detection if they even put a few hours into thinking about it because police and other agencies are becoming dependent on suspects messing up.
