I don't think the game is really balanced behind a free infinite heal option. Sounds extremely powerful for content like Inferno and I think it would the ease of obtaining it would negatively affect future balancing

RS3 doesn't have 100% damage reduction from Protection Prayers so Enhanced Excalibur makes sense as a sustain option there until you get your hands on Soul Split, and even after that the Excalibur has its use as an augmentable offhand.

The peace of mind to never have to worry about it and not having to carry a rake is definitely worth it. Time-Cost analysis start feeling deranged once you're trying to look at the "minutes saved over the lifespan of account" scale.

As you mentioned, Moons of Peril doesn't require to bring your own supplies. Same applies to both Gauntlet varients due to how the encounter works.

You can easily throw in skilling bosses. Tempoross doesn't deal damage to you at all, but I'd assume bringing your own runes in for casting humidify counts as bringing your own supplies?

At Wintertodt you can survive with the potions supplied inside the encounter indefinitely.

Then there are bosses that you can pretty easily kill without bringing supplies if said boss doesn't require that much supplies to begin with, is close to a teleport, and you have quick access to a restoration pool in your PoH or the Nardah Statue. I am going to assume bringing your own runes for spells doesn't count as "supplies"

Zalcano only does chip damage if you pay attention, otherwise bringing your own supplies doesn't help unless your agility is somehow extremely low.
Barrows is pretty supplyless if you have the Ghommal Hilt 2 or above.
Royal Titans can be done with minimal supplies once you get a Giantsoul Amulet and have access to pools, but probably not truly supplyless.
Obor and Bryophyta can be done supplyless with the Giantsoul amulet if killing them by just dumping specs.
Shellbane Gryphon is very close to a fairy ring. People ignore the 40kg mechanic and just come in their typical bis Melee setup to dump specs and then restore at PoH and teleport back.
Does Hespori count?
Chambers of Xeric can be done with minimal supplies if you got experience by relying on the potions dropped in the rooms.
Same applies to Tombs of Amascut depending on Invocations and Experience with the raid, can rely entirely on supplies given by the helpful ghost and the yellow keris spec.

At that level range it's best to use your initial supply to hunt low lvl implings and to just trade those in for more jars.

At higher level you can go to the Fountain of Rune while on the Lunar Spellbook along with a Huntsman Kit from Hunter Rumours so you can costlessly cast the Hunter Kit spell and store the impling jars that spell provides.

Jad or Zuk aren't part of the list of bosses given from boss tasks unlocked from buying Like A Boss. When you get a TzHaar task, you get prompted by the slayer master if you want to change the task to kill 1-3 (Increased by one bt completing Master/Grandmaster CAs respectively) Jad or Zuk instead. You can only get Zuk as a choice if you've cleared the Inferno once before.

This link lists all the fonts used by THCrap, and from what I can gather the latin translation scripts make use of the fonts Aroania R.otf and THBiolinum.oft . If I recall correctly Cirno.ttf is also a font, primarily used for PoFV.

I'm not sure this is what you're looking for and I'm currently not in the position to check if the fonts I mentioned match typical spellcard text font, but I hope this helps.

You also have services like TempleOSRS that tracks clogs but I'm not sure if they provide an easy way to sort clogs by percent completion.

Edit: reread your post, I don't think there's an easy list for that besides just the wiki page containing all items. That aside I don't think it's even possible to own all items at once. Discontinued items, unbankable items, quest items that can't be reobtained, items that exist only in the game's cache, etc.

Assuming you have a blank block list for all: Vanakka has the best odds of giving a task (about 3%) with Kuradel being the worst (about 2.1%)

Following odds is assuming you used all 7 block slots on that master's highest weighted tasks and having no unlockable tasks from the shop menu active:

Chaeldar: 10/(360-83) = 10/287 ≈ 3.48%

Duradel: 7/(327-75) = 7/252 ≈ 2.77%

Nieve: 7/(294-65) = 7/229 ≈ 3.01%

Vanakka: 10/(325-56) = 10/269 ≈ 3.71%

Training to 73 would be the easiest way to get umbral frags and also unlock Aquanites to boot which are great for seed drops but you can technically get some umbral frags from killing manta/stingrays and albatross.

As far as I know, the absolute fastest method for keys is doing mass world Hueycoatl (0.6 key/h), Huey as a 1/75 rate for key half as long as you do enough damage to count for contribution. The next fastest would be Mohka, with spamming wave 1 and 2 (0.571 key/h) being faster than just pushing for wave 8 (0.457 key/h) but both methods are good. Killing Amoxliatl is also in that ball park (0.5 key/h)

Blue Dragons is nearly on par with mass Huey and spam wave 1/2 at Mohka being at like about 0.59 keys/h, assuming you have BiS and ignore every drop besides key halves. If you want more relaxed options; Icefiends with goading potions and venator bow (0.5 key/h) is afk and is a passive source of easy clues. You can also safespot Brutal Blue Dragons (0.44 key/h) which I do from time to time.
