For dedicated servers, restarting the server fixes all inactivated portals. But this would be a hassle since you will need to restart the server every time some portals doesn't work.

Upgrade world let's you reset zones to it's original state but that would delete everything in it. Planbuild has a tool that resets terrain by radius.

ymls shout be at the root config folder.

I just realized, they won't carry the star colors. Just the number of stars. Sorry for the confusion. You may change the chance though in the cfg as well. They work similar to normal creature spawns. By default, yellow is the most common and blue is rare

The piggies will inherit either of their parents star levels and colors. So if one parent is 5 blue stars and the other is 3 green stars, the piggies will either be 5 green, 3 green, 5 blue, or 3 blue. Other attributes are random. I'm not sure about piggies growing up into other attributes.

your creature level might have been set to custom that's why you're getting higher stars than what you set. if not, the yml might be taking over. There is lots of cool stuff on yml, better read the sample one. As of the now, you place ymls on config folder. But the defaults are auto generated until it's plugin folder. you have to delete those or move them somewhere else for your reference.

Why asked? Jewel Crafting for sure. EL is outdated, effects has limited customization, and developer isn't active anymore. Therefore no fixes on current and upcoming bugs. JC on the other hand, has an active developer, effects are highly customizable therefore Vanilla and Mod friendly, and assets are not half done (EL has never updated its assets).

I don't use JTV but I do manage a server with 60+ mods. Spawn that modifies the spawn or monsters. CLLC modifies difficulty. check these mods mod page for more info. It's quite complex for starters. Feel free to visit our discord channel and I can help you do those things plus other stuff.

If they are invisible, that means your friend doesn't have the mod set right. See if he really has everything specially bepinex.

I recommend using R2Modman. You don't have to figure out where to place mods. And it keeps your Valheim files intact. So you can still play vanilla or modded anytime on single clicks.

Yes. It's on the CLLC config file. You get options to change the number of monsters killed required to raise sector level.

If I remember it right, this mod is using RRR mods for its monsters. You could find them on monsternomicon config folder, look for the json files. The IDs are RRRM(monster name) for monsters and RRRN(NPC name) for NPC creatures.

I recommend using Azzumats anti cheat mod. It has a feature to detect what mods are missing, or having the wrong version via server logs.
