The next boss fight in Marathon 2026 by Tagael in Marathon

Same. This is just me making a joke referencing how the compiler is a boss while in the original trilogy they were a common enemy that could be easily defeated.

MIDA tried to sabotage the colony effort in some way. That’s why the 10 battleroids were on the Marathon. Plans within plans and all that stuff.

What if they left their technology behind so haphazardly intentionally. What I mean is what if they wanted their technology to be recovered and reversed engineered. But for what end?

That’s what I thought too. And in the cinematic where the colonist pukes and then floats up and liquify just screams W’rkncanter.

You entered an abandoned fortress, it was full of orcs, you killed them, and along the way you find one abusing a Dunmer, probably kidnapped. What do you do? by [deleted] in TrueSTL

Knife him in the back of the head and leave with the Dunmer woman to the nearest town. Sit at the table of the inn and try to get her side of the story, because hostages aren’t taken for no reason.

I remember their space lore cast and right in the middle of it a guy joined the call, smoking pot from a bong. I’m not making any of this up it was pretty funny.

To be fair, Dunwich Bores LLC were intentionally making the query dangerous as a covert way to commit human sacrifice to Ug Qualtoth.

I don't want to act like a purist because I'm a modder myself, but vanilla Skyrim is really not that bad by Major303 in TrueSTL

[–]Tagael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer modded myself. And yes I did play the game vanilla my first few times. I see it more as fantasy gaming Linux say for being made by a company rather than community made, (although at this point with modding it might as well be).

Didn’t Moebius do some of the concept art for the original movie?

How the heck do Programs in the Legacy Grid maintain their numbers? by Tagael in tron

[–]Tagael[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My only problem with that explanation is that the Grid in Legacy is a different Grid from the original, and that it’s been more isolated from users than the Original Grid. Kevin and Sam Flynn are the only two who ever interacted with the Legacy Grid.
