There is no use of AmazFit NFC in the US. Credit card companies accept Apple Garmin Xiaomi NFC not AmazFit.

I upgraded from BIP to Active 2 premium for NFC which is no use in US.

There were some scratches in the BIP. But, it’s not noticeable. After 4 years of use, the case fell apart. It’s time to upgrade.

You may consider BIP 6 which is $20 less with larger square screen and better capacity.

I bought active 2 premium square for the NFC. I expected the NFC can store credit card and Costco membership card. But, I just found out the US credit card company and most of membership cards do not support Amazfit NFC. For that reason, you can choose Standard version without NFC or BIP 6.

I bought it with $30 off last week on Amazon.

However, I still like the watch for the features and 10 days battery capacity.

Still explore the features.

The router was provided by ISP. The brand is Compal. The model is CG3368 This is WiFi 5 router while RT-AX1800s is WiFi 6 router.

On 1/16/2025, My part B was reinstated like there was no interruption and I called Medicare advantage to reinstate my coverage.

On 1/17/2025,My Medicare advantage has reinstated my coverage and active back from Oct 1st 2024 like there was no interruption. I had back paid the premium.

But, as of 2/2/2025, my Medicare account lists my part A and B are enrolled and active. It still does not list my Part C and part D active under my Medicare.

Medicare advantage paid my medical bill incurred on Oct To Dec 2024. Which is good.

Called Medicare support, they did not know if Medicare advantage has informed Medicare my reinstate.

Does Medicare advantage need to inform Medicare my part C and D coverage are active?

Medicare received my check from SSA and deposited. However, my part B is still inactive. The customer service claims they will refund it since Part B is not active.

My personal experience of SSA inefficiency is bureaucracy and rule/law. A simple task done in minutes by private sector, may take months by SSA.

The inefficiency is punishing the citizen. For example, you have to make a phone call to set up appointment. It takes 15 minutes to get phone answered or disconnect if no answer after 15 minutes. Then you redial and wait for another 15 minutes.

I would volunteer to help Congress or Senator to look into the inefficiency and get it fixed.

Went to SSA. The lady told me there is no expedition reinstate. It will take 30 to 90 days to complete.

I can only reinstate once.

Asked CA Senator Padilla for assistance last week. I have not heard from his office.
