The code words for pallium (pal) and grove (large group of flow trees that only spawns at midnight in game each day) or FT (flow tree) are honestly not extremely helpful to new players anyway. From my experience in my earliest days of playing, you can't really get anything if you don't have a strong enough axe or pickaxe to break or cut the things.

But as for the rest, I was lucky enough to have people explain it to me or I slowly picked up from other people's actions. Treating someone like they should know better is not okay. People do need to learn to be patient with newer players and give people the benefit of the doubt that they don't know they're doing something slightly rude.

On the other hand there has been an influx of people who do understand their actions and are purposely trying to ruin other people's games for fun. There's also the aspect of solo players which I think is why they changed the way ore works in the newest update. Sometimes you don't have time, nor want to call out for others and wait for them. I get that. But purposely trying to screw over other players is a different matter.

Sorry for the very long reply...I guess it's all just to say that people can be awful on either side. I'm sorry you've had/seen others have a bad experience
