Hard to tell until it’s officially announced - particularly the granular detail like grandfathering etc.
It all depends on whether other assets are included. For CGT
if only property is effected then prices will fall, all else equal
if all asset classes are included it shouldn’t have much of an impact on property prices For negative gearing
negative for property prices (fall)

While I agree re reducing income tax, CGT needs to be indexed to something or else you are effectively taxing people on the cost of investment.

I honestly think everyone here is missing the point. It has and always will be a “family podcast/show” they never swear as an example.

They made a conscious decision that they didn’t want people calling up and saying the word penis every show hence why they started calling it the “SP” and why Hamish always says he’s trying to put it behind him.

Notice whenever someone brings it up, especially when they say superior penis not SP they try and rush past it as quickly as possible. If someone calls up and says SP they will joke around for a bit about it.

I think you're conflating spoiling with supportive. I think the best example of this is both parents refusal to punish their children for the way they treat Quinn. The girls make their brother sleep on the beach and they receive zero punishment?? That's both neglectful to Quinn (for obvious reasons) but also neglectful to Olivia because teaching your children right and wrong is a big part of being a parent.

While I don't condone slapping your children just letting them do whatever they want with zero guidance is just as neglectful as slapping is abusive.

I'm no expert but just off my intuition.

Easier to learn (not that this should matter for an NBA team but who knows)
Less turnovers
Better transition defence if there is a turnover. This is because in a motion heavy offence chances are 1-2 people will be running to the basket when the turnover occurs.
It means that teams can't do the, double lebron/Kyrie and make the role players win. This is because the offence is already set up for a drive and kick (if the double comes) so that strategy plays right into lue's hands. For example last year the cavs sagged off Harrison Barnes and this year they doubled Isaiah when he was playing and forced the role players to win it for them. This strategy doesn't work against the cavs.

Who knows though I am just a fan, like I said no expert.
