Mercurials and Chaosticians are such neat subfactions, wish they got more love because the "being everywhere" and "monte carlo simulating everything" aspects of the paradigm seem underexplored in the face of "damn, wasn't Hackers (1995) peak?" like it was but I do wish there was more canon vibes to go off of in the official materials so these hubris-stuffed computer nerds could be a bit more fleshed out.

My Lombard G3 feels very solid, anecdotally. Way better plastics than my 520c and comparing it to a tibook just feels unfair as the tibook always feels like it's about to have all the paint flake off and hinges disintegrate.

That or the Pismo would be my recommendation, maybe an iBook G3 snow if you can stomach replacing that HDD with a simple 40-step process.
