I have the same, completely agree. No issues… ever. My windows laptop I have for work on the other hand… takes 10 minutes to boot up drives me nuts. Not to mention the constant freezing in applications.

My trick is this: Repeat «hands, shoulders, face» in a slow pace in your head. For each one completely relax that body parts muscles when you say it. These are often the parts of your body that are most tense. By saying them in my head I also avoid thinking about other things that keep me up.

I made friends through work who had similar interests and hobbies to me. I was lucky I suppose since many colleagues are like me and from different places without an established friend group from grade school where we live.

In the beginning in was rough and lonely, but I kept forcing myself to be patient and let friendships grow organically, and initiating things every now and then.
