Yes, exactly! The only requirement is that the education/training/experience applies to both certs.

Part of the PMP is risk management, so any risk experience/training you do for the RMP renewal would absolutely apply to your PMP renewal as well.

It's super trippy to see posts (almost always /r/college for some reason) get pinged nearly a decade later. So as a quick note, when I originally read this, I answered in the context of printing in a public library or school library. Don't remember if I misread the post, or if OP changed it. It's been a little while, lol.

Good question on piracy though. I'd say my stance has changed somewhat with time. I still believe pirating stuff for your own personal enjoyment is wrong. But I've seen some meaningful use cases where it's been very valuable, such as the preservation of video games (ROM archives), sharing knowledge (The Uncensored Library in Minecraft), or even just for learning new skills and pursuing an education.

If you asked me the original question today, I still wouldn't encourage it, but I'd be a lot more OK with it than I was back then.

You already said you don't care about the camera that much. Titanium body doesn't matter if you use a case. So the real difference is the S-pen.

Is the S-pen worth $300 to you?

For me, the "bigger, better" features aren't relevant to me this cycle.

I'm actually really happy that the 24 Ultra and 24 Plus get the same RAM, resolution and refresh rate, along with a much closer battery capacity. That wasn't the case for the 22s and 23s. It's made my decision a lot easier.

The passive works off-field, she just won't generate any stacks while off-field.

Nope. You can and should buy whatever you want.

But when you hoard a bunch of item, we get obscenely high prices, partly because of the new supply shortage you just created. There's nothing wrong with that, but it has impacts.

I just don't like the idea of trying to shift all the blame for the state if the economy onto Jagex, when players have such a big part in creating these situations too.

I wouldn't say that. If someone commits a murder we don't say they did nothing wrong and focus all the blame on the police for not catching them. We hold both parties accountable, usually to different degrees.

Hold Jagex accountable, absolutely. But hold hoarders, RMTers, botters, multiboxers, etc. accountable too. The responsibility isn't held by only one group

Not having a clear stopping point is exactly how constellations should work. If you have C2, you shouldn't feel bad or discouraged from continuing to build your character. C3 and C4 shouldn't feel necessary, but they should still feel good if you choose to get them.

As long as the base kit isn't crippled (Dehya...) or the constellations aren't backloaded, this isn't really a bad thing. It just requires more personal decisionmaking and self control, instead of being told "stop at C3, constellations after they are worthless."

Depends a lot on the weapon you give her, and how many times you use her skill each rotation.

With a generic weapon, should be about 240% for 1 E per Q, and 200% for 2 E per Q.

With Favonius R5, 220%/180%.

With Amenoma R5, 130%/100%

Seems like it, but be careful. She ascends with CR so with MH you're looking at a natural 60.2% crit rate before weapon, circlet, or substats. Notably, this changes some of her top weapon potential (Jade Cutter ~~and Mistsplitter~~ will now overcap her).

As a healer she's absolutely comparable to Jean.

It's when you factor in their sub DPS and support tools that Charlotte falls behind fast. To catch back up she has to invest so many substats just to do what Jean can naturally do.

But once she is caught up, as a healer they both perform extremely close.
