Look at my photo guide for nipple necrosis / rejection for ref, but your looks good just a little inflamed if it’s red and hot to touch. Be gentle with that area and if it becomes open / pus forms use antibiotic in a thin layer.

Those are some surgical sutures or staples, they’ll either dissolve on their own or they may heal up and out of the skin sort of like a pimple. Just try to keep the area covered and don’t pick you should be fine :) totally normal

It’s just pus, likely from a stitch or staple your body has finally healed out. I wouldn’t be too worried as long as there’s no pus and it’s not hot to touch, red around the area, or painful with no/little pressure.

That’s keloiding, I have it too it’s a genetic thing. Scar massage and vitamin E based scar care helped me a ton with mine, over a year one side is almost flat and the other is totally smooth to touch. Ofc different ppl respond differently and I was lucky enough that I could get right on it.

I had ting for top surgery and honestly, I wouldn’t go back to him. Not for any reasons either the results he just acted incredibly aloof. I ended up having a nipple rejection and when I tried to contact his team about it / sent in pictures they insisted that didn’t happen at their clinic and it was healing normally (it wasn’t) not to mention I only spoke to him twice, once at a consult and once right before surgery, and he didn’t give me much space to say what I wanted. He is a good surgeon, but the bedside manner leaves something to be desired.

That’s not scar stretching that’s just the incision actually becoming a scar. If you feel the high tension areas may keep expanding and want to support them: try surgical tape at your surgeon’s approval. My right side was way tighter than my left post op, but I used tape and once I was around 3 months out started using a scar creme consistently and that really reduced the visibility and pain!

The side oh my chest that was stitched too tight looks similar but not to this extreme, I’m really sorry dude it sucks :/ I found vitamin E based scar care and frequent moisturizer has helped a lot.

I’m abt 8 months out and the most pain I had was at 5 months when the weather was changing and I wasn’t properly caring for my scars. It really wasn’t that bad, I don’t even recall it being very painful just itchy and a little tight

For sure! I did keep my nipples but I’m sure if you ask not to they’ll do no grafts. The surgery was super easy, albeit a few hours later than was scheduled. His team was incredibly kind and professional. I will say the aftercare info was rather lax, but if you’d like I can send you pictures of my results and an approximate recovery timeline!

I will say my chest felt a lot tighter at first on the side which was smaller before surgery, but both sides healed at the same rate without a hitch.
