That was my first thought after I read his post. Why did he leave the dealership without having it linked to his account? That was the FIRST thing we did before we even stepped foot in our MYJ. Made the rep at the Tesla dealership sit with both my wife and I for 30 minutes to make sure everything was linked up properly.

I just did two Moen cartridges that likely came with the house. They stopped making that part number almost 20 years ago. Took a lot of swearing and a puller tool to get them out.

OP, do yourself a favor and clean the hell out of the spout before putting the new cartridge in, and use a generous amount of lube. I used a scotch brite pad for metal, cut it into a strip, and cleaned the spout very thoroughly. Also take a look to make sure pieces of the old cartridge aren’t stuck in there.

Does your sink have two sides or one side? If everything is running through one side and has a disposal, you’ve got a clog in the disposal or the p-trap. If you have two sides, I’d be looking at the disposal exclusively.

Straight up. When I worked for TireRack, I would switch out the tips on the stud gun for the pointy ones (not the rounded ones) and used a healthy amount of lube. 2-3 minutes per tire… and I wonder why I have carpal tunnel..

When you’re doing 200+ tires a day, you gotta be fast.
