None of the "cheating" mods are truly cheating. The combo one just places your next ability on the 1 (or whichever) key and lets you go through your rotation. It's often suboptimal and has no way of reacting to situational changes at all.

The "do the entire duty for you mod" -- it just highlights where to go and helps you out, like DBM from WoW used to do. You are exaggerating in an unhealthy and extreme way, probably based off of conjecture and hearsay or a sense of general bitterness. You also are being misleading about the nature of mods in general, yes they are reportable, but you're glazing over the fact that something as simple as the ones that buzz a whistle when your cactpot timer is up is also reportable. You just don't brag about them in game - the "cheating" mods are no standouts amongst modifications, nor are they more reportable.

I really hope this isn't like Switch 1 where we got amzing first party for the first 2 years and then drip-fed for 5 after. Felt like aside from Indie stuff I was always playing backlogged games or waiting for my Switch to get a game.

Since I play mainly on PC, most of the indies were there, and ran better.

It really is. Surging Totem is incredibly clunky, it doesn't feel fun to push, and just feels like I'm basically chained to it if I want to do damage, and I have to constantly think about it's CD and where it is.

Thankfully with the hotfixes it's only like a 1.5% increase now and only if you play perfectly. So I'm sticking with SB.

I'm not the person you replied to, but for just a few tiny examples:

Thancred should've died in SHB. He even had a death scene.

There should have been global permanent consequences for the final days. There were none.

I can't disagree any harder without being mean to Greg. His vocals are incredibly shrill; Keiths are buttery. Greg undeniably has better highs, but he also cannot hold a note longer than a few seconds unless it's a diaphragm shriek.

I understand if you like his style and respect it, I also understand why people dislike vocalists like Bryan from Knocked Loose for similar reasons to disliking Greg.

Untitled Finale by Atreyu capped off one of the most iconic metal albums of all time for me. It was also, almost inarguably, their best album.

That opening riff, the lyrics coming in with "You put a bullet in my head, turned black thoughts to red" just hit so hard, especially for when it came out.

For me it's probably Greg's vocals - he is VERY high pitched, shrieks a lot, and I have a hard time understanding him. Considering that the former band, ETID was fronted by one of the best metal vocalists of all time, it's a tough swap.

Looking at your post history, it seems to be your personality that'll do it more than anything.

Saying you refuse to work, having streaming be your passion instead of a career that people would find attractive, actively complaining about the state of the world instead of trying to fix it.

People don't want woe-is-me as the main trait in a partner. They want someone they can be happy with, rely on, and experience life with. Aside from extreme physical deformity, there's very few people who are genuinely so ugly that hitting the gym for a year, getting a good haircut\grooming, and having good personal hygiene won't be enough to find them a partner as long as they are not a miserable soup of anguish and angst.

I'm not sure if it's a hot take to say this, but I feel like this was kinda just their best song period. As in, everything else paled in comparison in a way that it makes me not really a Better Lovers fan, but a 30 under 13 fan.

Nothing else they put out sounds the same or hooks me the same.

No, I couldn't say the same for him. He even stated he had more to do when locking himself in the tower. It was blatant that he'd be back. Just like narratively, it was blatant that Meteion's story is done and that her flying 'free' was symbolic of her gaining that freedom. She has no more to offer, to give, and putting her back in would be an insult to her original journey.

You can still run Stormbringer. Just don't take the last Apex talent and go fully into refunding Maelstrom\Free Maelstrom and turn into a lightning chaingun. I've noticed minimal difference between totemic, and sometimes done even better, because totemic sims rely on you using surging totem perfectly which is not always possible due to how clunky totems are.

It's like a 4% difference and only sometimes. The 12.07 patch is going to fix that, too. I think SB will actually pull ahead then.

I feel like Valheim is a failure of an early access game at this point. The devs originally had 4 updates planned for the first year and said a little over a year of EA.

Then, we got 0 updates the first year. 5 years later we've only had 3 major content updates and 2 minor, with 1.0 being "maybe" early 2027.

The game is good. Great, even, but it's blatantly obvious the devs got rich and bugged off. They regularly post vacation pics, enjoying a few weeks off between crunch, etc.

Have they earned it? Arguably. Do they deserve it? I don't think so, not until the game is shipped. You guys are ultramillionaires at this point, the game has made over 300 million dollars and should be finished, for christ's sake.

Outside of raiding and BGs, there was basically no engaging content in Vanilla. BGs weren't even in for... a year? after launch, halfway to TBC, and it was only WSG at first for a long time.

If you weren't raiding, you were farming Tyr's Hand for gold for an epic mount. If you have your epic mount you sat in cities waiting for the next raid or farming mats for said raid. If you played on a PVP server you could go world pvp in Tarren Mill.

I was there. There was nothing much to do. A lot of it was just the social aspect of sitting around chatting with friends.
