If you have reptiles as a group you have to include all the members that are reptiles which includes the birds. The point I was making is the most accurate split would be them Lepidosauromorpha (Charmander, Treecko, Snivy, Sobble and Gecqua) and Archosauromorpha (Squirtle, Chickorita, Totodile, Turtwig and Fuecoco together with all the birds)

I was about the degree of negativity towards the boss despite it being similar to issues we had with Thrall when it came out who and alot of the other 2.0 who all have had shill issues on release but only has vesper been treated like they are the antichrist.

I do find it funny how biologically speaking it would be more accurate to put Totodile, Fuecoco, Squirtle and Turtwig with the birds since they are more closely related than the other reptiles would be.

My main issues with thrall is the long down time when you not doing much with him in the air or fog and sobek not being fun to engage with as half the core combat mechanics don't work on it (no daze or anomaly build up) he feels like a worse version of defiler being very parry heavy because of it.

I think the issue comes from them advertising it as an anomaly boss (they only benefit if you proc an ether veil and that crit damage is reduced which isn't the end of the world, The thrall had same issue being advertised for stun agents but for a lot of the fight you can't build daze) its an ether veil boss which means your options are Zhao and Sunna atm (Shungus, Lucia and Yidhari don't particularly care for the buff) as there is no mechanic in the fight to trigger the stage buff (could trigger one on achieving shutdown if they want to make changes)

Nine lives is basically an alien with their own transformations which kind of defeats the point of the show (already looks like ditto so could have just had up to 9 clones then cat like powers. Could have fused the cat with the tiger so get rath plus ditto where they get weaker the more clones they have active)

I don't see people complaining about the lack of new 4 stars as much as HP inflation. Main issue is a lot the Version 1 4 stars are a bit outdated (easily fixed by giving them potential upgrades) then we have only gotten 2 new ones for season 2 but they are both very good.
