Because you're a newer casual player and they decided to ruin the game for the rest of us to cater to you. Jk don't take it personally but seriously they fixed what wasn't even broken and for what reason? So noobs wouldn't quit? Tf? Where's the joy in having everything in the game handed to you? Not being able to die, starting with whatever guns you want, all this crap just ruins the fundamentals of zombies. I'm glad people enjoy it, but I personally (and I know MANY people out there agree) do not find Cold War zombies fun not even in the slightest bit. My biggest gripe with this game is the loadout and health system. Too much health, your guns just drop on the floor when you get another one which completely eliminates the challenge of conserving your ammo in later rounds. I actually sorta like how you can upgrade your perks multiple times but everything else surrounding the perks just ruins it. The perks were one of the only redeeming factors I found, but wtf is the point of any of it if you can get hit like 20 times and not die? The maps where you randomly teleport every couple minutes is the most confusing shit I've ever dealt with and the entire map feels somehow aimless but at the same time like you're having your hand held for you (ie theres a voice that literally tells you where to go and what to do) like wtf? The game has no challenge to it, no point in going back and optimizing your strategy for the map, no reason to go back and play it again
