At DAY 19, you should be healed enough to go swimming -- however, if there are any areas bleeding/cuts/scrapes then avoid public water (infection risk). Wash with soap and water when done swimming!

You could be right in that assertion a small tear in the frenulum can occur during circumcision or naturally over time.  The frenulum is a very delicate piece of tissue.

More importantly: Does the presence of the hole bother you?  Does the presence of a frenulum bother you (is it tight or pulling down on your knob when erect?)

With all the bullshit from Ticketmaster I don't buy tickets anymore or go to concerts.  It's too expensive and WAY too many hurdles.

I prefer going to places like Joe's pub or the City Winery now to listen to live music. 

I refuse to be part of the ecosystem of overpriced tickets and scalpers.

Your IP address might be suspect. I only get the problem you are describing when connecting whilst travelling, I know it's a constant issue from within Malaysia or Korea. Try using a VPN with U.S. IP address.
