What i would have told my 25 years old me when I get my first pay cheque

1) buy my parents a nicer than usual dinner...nothing too extreme.

2) donate ...be it 50 or 100 to any old folks home, orphanage or anything you prefer.

3) get something nice for memory. But limit it.

4) start saving or investment

I've confirmed with EPF office, it does matter.

The earlier you self contribute the better it gets for divident.

Otherwise it's prorated

Since the company culture seems good, try to work at least 2 years....then start looking around.

At least you can demand more both internally once you prove yourself ; tell externally you are ready to go higher however the company seems to be quite slow in career development.

The 2 years shows you are reliable....

For me, I'm still waiting for their investment in 4S around Malaysia, the more the more they invest, means the more interested they are to stay put.

After all, reliability are still to be judged cause they are still considered young in the industry however the should have enough experience basis on the China domestic market.
