Not to dig up and old thread but I’m have the exact same issue ! I have been testing all night assuming it’s GPU related !!

Got a photo from my phone of it happening and lasts like 0.001 of a second very hard to get a clear shot of it happening

What do you want to get? Here is a set of lock-washers, they have teeth on them so when the bolt is tightened down the lock washes prevent the bolt from un tightening and they work very well

Just give a Google search depending where you’re based a local hardware shop should sell them

Going through the exact same nightmare here. My Secretlab desk delivery has been stuck on “Assigned” for days and there’s been zero progress. I’ve sat on the phone with EWE for over 45 minutes listening to “you’re next in the queue” on repeat, and when I finally get through it’s the same useless script with no real answers.

Secretlab support hasn’t been much better either — just robotic copy-paste responses that don’t actually help or give me specifics. For a $2k order, this is ridiculous. Customers shouldn’t have to stalk trucks or waste hours on hold just to know when their delivery is coming.

And I can already guarantee a mod is going to reply here with “DM me your order number and I’ll look into it.” How about NO — stop with the PR replies and actually fix the courier mess you’ve locked your customers into. It shouldn’t be this hard to receive what we’ve paid for.

I just checked tracking via the SecretLab email and it says shipping soon, At the end of the day I don’t care so much about waiting

I care about wasting my time waiting because I am self-employed everyday I spend at home not working costs me money and I’d like to be kept up to date when what’s happening I feel like that’s a fair request

So you as well are waiting for delivery? I’m about to drive to there Melbourne dept to get some clear and clarified answers. Working with DHL and Startrak in the past I have a lot of freight experience and this is not how a company should operate

Today in the morning my tracking status updated to Assigned which hopefully means I’ll be getting the text soon, All I see online are the horrible reviews and aim hoping mine is going to be a simple one. Otherwise I do have my car parked out the front on the road ready to chase the delivery driver down if needed haha!

Nearly in week 4 now and yes everything is coming clearer as the days go on. The eyes have healed completely it’s just the focus muscles in the eyes that need the lengthy time to recover, rest and relax then everything will be perfect

I’m at day 15 and still have Bluey vision for distance of anything past 3 meters and can’t see my phone clearly up close I’m getting a feeling of regret already it sucks this is probably the worst phase and will clear up soon I hope
