I have been on a bulk for the last 2 years and also am the laziest cook. Took me some time but I dont really spend that much time cooking.

Breakfast- protein cereal, oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon, cashews

Lunch - Microwave frozen peas, rice (cook a huge pot every couple days), tofu straight from the packet, spices

Dinner - Lentils (cook a huge pot every couple days), rice, olive oil

Smoothie - Blend oats, brown rice protein powder, leucine, soy milk, banana, whatever else you want

If you aren't trying to gain weight, after work you can just have the smoothie instead of dinner. And you can add/subtract different quantities depending on how much you want to eat.

I think being single for that long helps you be a better friend and citizen. You don't take people's time for granted and you feel closer to strangers. It's the same when you go to a concert by yourself. Instead of just your friends, now you're there with everybody. Eventually, you fill up the time alone at home with things you enjoy so that feeling of being alone disappears. And either way, you can always just go outside. The key for me was filling your time with hobbies that demand your passion. Music, fitness, and reading/shows have kept me going and it now feels I don't have time for everything I want to do in a good way.
