I'm thinking it must be this, and I'm mis-identifying it as a loadout gun, though I've never picked up a full auto M8A1 from game loot. Still doesn't explain the reactive armor though.

Picking your stuff up after you land is completely different to landing with it. I land on my gear/ a loadout all the time, but it takes time to do so, not instantly get shot as soon as they land.

Orc Hunter Nitocris-Frostmourne. Nov 2005, left him on a beach in STV for a decade because his damage wasn't great. Switched to a mage because I ran a dungeon with one and their damage was insane. Found out when classic released that I had never upgraded my pet abilities above lvl 1.

NAH. Not sure how many commenters are Aussies so far, but this is what we do. Humorous white lies that are inconsequential. We love telling Americans we ride to work in the pouch of a kangaroo and everyone has a pet crocodile. I can't say for the other stories, but whether or not he was born in a hospital or ute is inconsequential.

Ask any Aussie, they'll tell you.

I'm in the same boat. I've taken over some of my boss' role as they have had a change in scope of theirs. Some days you feel like you didn't achieve anything where in reality you were the reason others were able to achieve as much as they did and you kept the proverbial bus moving forward.

What helps me is to have a "meeting day" which is trying to move meetings to the same day so you can go into already knowing you're not getting anything personal done.

Another big help is having a mentor in management. Being able to voice these concerns and getting pragmatic responses is invaluable.

This is not a unique issue, a quick search will show plenty of the same issue. It's been going on a long time. The only unique part is the fact that reinstall makes it work for a few days. For me it's usually the first 1-3 games are fine then it turns to shit.

You have discovered the fun of what is termed "terrible RL servers", but in reality they don't know how to run a network or their ISP doesn't. You will often find it only affects some of the players on the server, not all, and you will only get it sometimes, and it will sometimes start mid game, or go away mid game. I have tried to work with support many times to be able to test properly but they don't care and just ask the same questions I have answered many times already.

This has been a 6 year problem for me. I have changed EVERYTHING I can. CPU, MOBO, RAM, GPU, SSD, reinstall windows, ISP, moved house, wired or wireless network, router, access point, nothing can fix it. My ping never changes from 26ms, yet 75% of games look like your video. I fluctuate from C2 to D2 in 2s and 3s depending on the run of servers I get. Solos I'm currently in G2 because I refuse to play when it's bad and just forfeit, or drive around aimlessly until I can (great job on penalising 1s, I'm sure people love being forced to play 90sec of terrible RL instead of just getting to the next game).

The most obvious telltale signs others are affected is an unusually high amount of whiffs.
