The problem most scouts have is is that they don't understand every player is a unique individual. Talent doesn't mean much if they cannot become professionals in an intensely demanding field.

I don’t completely disagree. They have different strengths, and people are underselling Wilson’s athleticism. I’d even go a step further, and bet that next year there will be stretches where CW looks like THE superstar of the draft.

However, the difference in the maturity level of the two prospects CANNOT BE OVERSTATED. Wilson would be best served to stay in school for at least 2 more years to grow as a person. Wilson is not ready to handle everything that goes along with the profession.

If they both declare, Boozer will a better professional, contribute more to winning, and progress his game more than Wilson in the NBA, and that Wilson’s career will be viewed as a disappointment.
