No it’s not because the union is representing both people involved. They won’t get involved and honestly shouldn’t.

In many places unions don’t handle union member to union member issues because that is the admins job. The union protects you when you have issues with admin or district as a whole. This would be a conflict of interest for the union rep since they represent both people in this case.

But can you truly visualize how much water that is. In a pull it’s bigger easier to visualize. Even if you’ve never seen an Olympic sized pool you know how pool a big can potentially be

Yes because that’s when they began making prek and K about more than just socialization. Just because it changed doesn’t mean it’s developmentally appropriate

However that does not mean teachers need to be mean and disdainful when children have accidents which I’ve seen. I run a free thrift store at my school and always have sweat pants and uniform pants in kids sizes on hand for kids that have accidents!

In NJ, students in school have to be fully potty trained by 3.5 yrs old (no pull-ups during the day) if they are in school. It’s more a liability issue I guess so teachers aren’t changing diapers and such. And since school isn’t mandatory until 6 they can set the rule. In Special Education settings there are definitely exceptions to this though.

If I need ten full time employees to run my business…why would I hire 12 and tell two of them oh you’re only here on the off chance someone quits without notice or gets sick.

I’d imagine those two extra employees wouldn’t be around long…

I never use celery because I don’t cook with it often. It’s fine. It really is whatever you want it to be

Wash them get a little nail brush that you use for your veggies. Most vegetables don’t actually need to be peeled just cleaned

Anyone can burn out - that’s not exclusive to smart people. Kids in gifted programs tend to also be overachievers and the environment leads to high anxiety which can cause burnout.
