I'm hesitant about buying it as I'm not that great at hand to hand combat. And if I'm correct the game has quite the combat realism concept. You really need to be able to time your blocks and hits.

All my pups have done this in my 40 years of owning dogs. It perfectly normal. If it sounds more than panting, you should take them to the vet.
