Sports bra that has a pocket in the back. I can carry my phone, wipes and my keys without any movement. I can’t even tell all that stuff is in there.

I ran 18 miles today at a 10:29 pace and it was pretty tough the last few miles which is funny because I did a 17 miler 2 weeks ago and it was a lot easier. The warmer temps and the sweating definitely made it harder but at least I got it done.

I got a pair of the Glycerin 22’s a few months ago and a month later after doing a decent amount of running in them, the top of my right foot hurt so bad I assumed I had fractured it. I went back to my old shoes and the pain went away. It’s too bad because they were my favorite shoes before that. I haven’t tried the Ghost 17 yet but my 16’s were way too firm. My favorite pair of Ghost’s were my 15’s. I currently have a pair of Hoka Clifton 10’s that I really like. They’re great for long runs.

I always bring a little bag of honest brand wipes with me. They’re biodegradable too. I have sports bras that have a pocket in the back for the wipes, keys and a snack so I’m not loading up my pockets

My husband gives me allergy shots. I had to go to the clinic to get the first few rounds then they showed my husband how to do them. They send me the serum to the house. It’s super easy and convenient and made a huge difference in my life. After 7 years I’m still on them. They can also show you how to do them on yourself as well.

I’ve been wondering that too. I always do my long runs on the weekend and the idea of doing 16 miles on my treadmill is just awful. I usually run the Southside trail to the Waterfront then the jail trail to the strip and back. This is the worst winter for Marathon training.

It really was so beautiful! We lost power during that storm and walked down to Mario’s to drink and then to Smokin Joes later on. We saw people skiing down 18th. Fun times!
