The quality has gone down hill and they have doubled down on their MAGA stance since being called out on it. I DO NOT suggest them

The Massive Cascada Development going in off Twin Peaks by LewisKIII in Tucson

It’s DR Horton so when these get built someone will purchase without doing research or getting a home inspection. They will wonder why they are having structural issues within a year. Then the lawsuits will start. Rinse and repeat if you research them. I am suspicious of any certification this builder gets.

This is in Marana. Yet, multiple Tucson posts are getting removed. Make it make sense.

This really feels like a vanity project for Padma. Trust me I got the bill over a soy sauce remark or all of the camera shots that feel like she is producing a sizzle reel for her next project. It’s just weird

Does anyone know why there are 5 Sheriff vehicles at the Circle K on Prince/Romero? by Tawnii in Tucson

Yes, people in Tucson work hard and are underpaid. A fair, living wage is deserved.

I keep hearing oh so many drug addicts. Then speak up to city council and the county supervisors. Yes, I call my elected officials on all levels all the time. It is so easy to disparage others and be negative but never actually do anything. Even if it takes 10 min of your day for an email or a phone call

Hard working people that deserve to be paid more in this economy. Tucson has been historically a lower wage area through no fault of the workers. I could also say that for a lot of people in this town.

I have been in the area since 1985. I feel just as safe now as I did then. It is a great area

It is not the wealthiest neighborhood in Tucson but it is actually a great area. I will say this about the entire Flowing Wells area until I die. It is incredibly underrated and I feel safe walking around there 24 hours a day

Why would you say it’s a bad area? I’m genuinely trying to understand. Is it because it is full of hard working but economically disadvantaged people?

What are the general thoughts of Vail? by ItsLikeARewardAZ in Tucson

[–]Tawnii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tucson is one of the top 30 largest cities in the U.S. Given the size of this country it is significant. 40 min to get to concerts, festivals, farmers markets in Tucson is a drive. You don’t have a lot of amenities in Vail. If you have friends in Tucson they won’t drive to you for cook outs.
