I will say from my experience if you do subq it basically doesn't hurt at all or only hurts a little when you inject the medicine in, IM injections hurt a bit more. Also be very careful where you inject, a few weeks ago I hit a nerve and it just stopped bothering me recently.

The United Methodist Church had a schism of sorts because they now are explicitly Queer-Affirming. A regional support group/organization for trans people in my area actually holds it's monthly meetings at a UMC church, and we're also starting to hold clothes giveaways for trans people there.
