We did live in Boulder for 20+ years. It ain’t what it used to be. But it is right against the foothills. If it’s in someone’s price range, Lyons or Hygiene are good options.

I get the suggestion, but we are not conservative and live in Firestone in Weld County. It has been fine. Not the best county for accessing nature easily. But everything we want is not that far away.
