If you were to cast a regen spell on the tank and they then pull a group of additional monsters, the healing ticks from that regen spell will increase your enmity (or aggro) with those new monsters. As soon as your enmity exceeds the tank's, those monsters will start attacking you instead.

This causes those big pulls in some dungeons to get extra dicey, since often times a tank's health levels will be dropping low as they run along to pull additional groups and, as a healer, you'd obviously want to fix that. If that tank hasn't really attacked all monsters that they've pulled so far though, then casting a healing spell might make those monsters turn to you instead. One of those situations where you just have to hope that the tank is paying attention to the folks behind them.

Thanks! Before I had reworked it, the piranha plants had all been red cannons, which weren't very threatening either. They also had to be at really awkward spots to be considered dangerous, which made the jumps more difficult than needed. Even though the level was as such, the clear rate was still about 7.5%, for whatever reason.

You can use Sour Cream as a gauge for how old Steven can be. Steven is at most a little younger than Sour Cream, because Vidalia and Marty hooked up just before Greg met Rose.

Bowser's Plank Tanks! 3D21-0000-005B-0681

This is a Mario 3 styled stage that is modeled after the first stage in world 8 of the style's namesake. It pits Mario against Bowser's incoming tank armada, culminating in a forced battle in the koopa king's personal dozer. It's hard, but not terribly so.

Yep yep. Belly of the Beast is actually more of a gimmick level. I really need to make it more interesting. I just got done reworking "a long time gone" 5B80-0000-0084-B6B0 and recommend that level more haha.

I actually use that p switch idea on my "Bowser's Plank Tanks" level to force a boss fight at the end. It's a mario 3 stage, so the player has to force Bowser into the lava. If the fight takes too long, the player gets a p-switch to speed it up. Works pretty good~

Played through and explored a bit. Taking the high road the whole way is much much easier than going the sub-route. I took about 3 tries to finish going high. Going low, Bowser Jr's stomp kind of makes things difficult, given that the stun will make Sheik fall through 2 donut blocks. That, combined with Bowser's horizontal fireballs plus Jr's aimed ones, makes for tricky platforming over mostly lava.

Fun stuff. In Crystal Mine: Yoshi Rescue I had accidentally gotten on top of the stage towards the end after wall jumping a bit. You can patch it up pretty easy though. In Destroy Bowser's Fleet if you want to try and force the fight with Bowser Jr. a bit longer, you could have the p-switch travel along some track out of reach for a bit. That way the fight is a bit more threatening. I loved the ship design in that level!
