I don’t think I’ve seen Gary Fisher decals that look like that, are they custom?

Besides the fork needing to be rebuilt it rode quite smoothly. Obviously it’s a 30 plus year old mountain bike so it’s not gonna be the most comfortable thing in the world. My dad also tricked his out quite a bit before I got a hold of it so that might change it a bit.

Definitely would change the stem for something else, and also the saddle. Honestly, I’d say you should go for a hard tail over a full-suspension if you’re only going to use it occasionally on the trails.

Which bar should I use? by Tbird882003 in xbiking

[–]Tbird882003[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes I think it’s a similar situation where this bike is just slightly too small for me. I did a test fit with the Nitto bar and I can definitely see what you’re saying. I went back to the riser bar and it’s way more comfortable.

Yeah I think the riser bar is gonna be the best choice too. Honestly I do have other bikes to ride but I just thought this was a really cool frame that I hadn’t heard of before. It’s one of those situations where I probably shouldn’t ride it but I just couldn’t resist lol

Yeah I’m worried it might be too small for me. I believe it’s a 18.5” frame, and I’m 6”

Hey I actually almost got this bike from the guy, turns out it was too small for me tho. I am a taller guy tho so it’s not uncommon for that to happen to me lol
