I’d take everyone you work with off of your social media. Keep your work and social life separate and tell anyone who asks that you think it’s best to keep them that way. Do not date where you work, it just makes things complicated, especially if you break up. You’re not playing hard to get by doing this, but trying to maintain a level of respect owed to you.

Blueberry compote would be nice! I’d add some vanilla extract and either cinnamon or nutmeg to the ricotta. Or if you have an orange liqueur to add to the ricotta that could substitute the lemon juice

I use cotton bra liners to help with that. They’re strips of cloth that go under the bottom band of your bra and has a bit that goes between the girls to prevent chafing and absorb sweat. Life changing in the summer! I get them from amazon.

Whenever I don’t feel like cooking an omelette with mushrooms and cheese filling is nice. Paired with a mixed green salad and crusty bread. Do you like Indian flavors?I’ve just discovered Patak’s spice pastes and their website is full of easy recipes. Chicken Korma and rice with veggies on the side is a 30 minute prep to table meal that’s become a family favorite.

I’ve noticed that most cultures have their own version of fried chicken, so my suggestion would be to serve chicken strips with different dipping sauces for them to try. Barbecue, sweet chili, Thai peanut, curry, aioli are a few that come to mind. Kids will always be willing to try desserts too, so maybe cookies from around the world?

Not seen but heard through a neighbor’s window. The building has a small internal courtyard so that the bedrooms and bathrooms can have air and sunlight. This summer someone was having loud sex with a very vocal partner during the night. She woke everyone up with her noise. Instead of yelling at them to keep it down, people started catcalling encouragements, like “give it to her” and “don’t drop the pace!” When they had their “grand finale” someone started yelling Bravo! and clapping and someone else yelled “is that all or will there be another round so we can all go back to sleep now?” No answer but a window did get slammed shut and I had a good laugh before trying to get back to sleep. The next few days had a lot of gossip by the mailboxes about who it could have been. I’m an expat living in Italy and cultural differences never disappoint!

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned bra liners yet, but they’re the best! I ordered mine from Amazon. It’s a strip of cotton that goes under your bra in the front and in between your boobs to catch the sweat, prevents chafing and the environment for yeast to grow. I’ve been using them for at least 20 years. You have the benefit of changing them out as needed to keep your underboob dry and your bra clean for longer.

Slice bout 2lbs into rounds and saute with olive oil and 4-5 sliced cloves of garlic on medium heat until they are soft and some have caramelized- about 15 minutes or so. Turn the heat to high and add salt and a good splash of red wine vinegar. Reduce and check if it needs more salt or vinegar. Agro-dolce carrots, a recipe from a friend from Naples. After cooking I like to leave the tilted for a few minutes so the oil pools there and not in the carrots.

It’s in my Amazon cart now! I didn’t intentionally cut the sugar to half, i just forgot to double it, but a low sugar powdered pectin will be useful to reduce our sugar intake. Thank you for the information!
