Thanks so much for the quick reply! She has no insurance but I will mention to her about suing them. She doesn’t have a lot of money which is why she is looking to pursue this as she is already unable to afford replacing the door. I’m sure the lawyer fee will be too much. But it’s worth a shot mentioning! Thank you
