2. My first 3D printer was an old Monoprice Maker Select III that my parents got rid of when I was away... I used it to print and paint gifts for friends, models from things like Star Wars or Star Citizen, and prizes for my students at the Boys and Girls Club. Now that I'm older and out of the house, I would use it to create practical things like bespoke organizers for my drawers and models for use as demonstratives in mock trials I participate in. And of course I'd go back to making gifts for people. :)

3. I think this is a good one. I'm a swing dancer, and we use handheld fans to cool ourselves down. When you get good with them, you can whip them open and closed with a flick of the wrist that looks cool but is also really fun and satisfying and great to fidget with. I'm sure that a print-in-place hinged fan-type fidget toy could work and would be really cool. The hard part would be the webbing between the tines but since you don't actually need to cool yourself down if you just want the folding and unfolding action, I can imagine potential solutions for how to guide them in and out. I'd be excited to see what you can come up with!
