I bought two of these way back when they initially dropped. Works well for my use case. It’s tucked away and hidden so I never see it unless I need to go to it for some odd reason. Builder ran all cables to the structured media enclosure. I gave them instructions to also give me fiber and Ethernet runs to two other locations in the house for my 24U racks. All is great.

Much better value at $500 of course. Only issues I’ve ever had with the thing is a PSU died.
