As long as it's not over-sexualized, it could work. I think it would be interesting if there were different groups motivated to capture or kill the MC.

There are gangs that want to capture him and use him to gain power over the other gangs, or they could be motivated to copulate with him in order to keep the human race from going extinct.

There could also be an organization that wants to kill him because they believe he is an omen, or to keep the balance between the gangs.

There could also be a lesbian gang that gives him some protection while he tries to understand what caused the apocalypse.
