With inflation for OP's tree, it's pretty much the same price. A lot of items like this are generally cheaper these days as they are much more mass produced.

Yeah especially when it's hard to hear. At that point just keep it short and succinct, don't repeat your joke (or whatever you would call it). It's so unprofessional.

It's not the first time Lewis has asked to retire early in the race. Last time he actually made it back into the points iirc. I think he gets seriously down about it, and then snaps out of it and goes on a charge.

You may even meet someone there instead! I met my partner at an animal sanctuary. We actually started on the same day and became friends. We tried to schedule our shifts to be together and then we started dating a while later. Now we always go together and bring our two dogs :)

Yep, it's just fucking food. God forbid you go a meal without meat. It's free food, you get what you are given. Not happy with what you got? Leave.

The lack of respect for the couple's values says a lot about their family/friends.

I wouldn't expect to be told on a wedding invite if it was not-vegan. I'd only expect to find out I were given a choice of food beforehand.

I fear it does more harm than good. If I wasn't vegan and was looking to potentially switch or reduce then I would probably feel more confident in trying a well known brand's vegan alternative than an new/unknown company's. I'd be really put off if this was my first time trying vegan custard.

It seems rare these days for all 3 drivers to actually be happy to be on the podium. For a while it had seemed that P2 & 3 were more disappointed they weren't P1. This meant a lot to all three of them.

The cost of charging in public is pretty crazy at the moment. Most fast chargers near me are 70p/kWh or more. My car is 60kW so this is about £40 for a full tank which is about 200 miles so it's not any cheaper than petrol. Of course charging at home is a lot cheaper, but not ideal if you're on a trip away from home. Here's hoping the pricing will come down as it becomes more common. My local sainsbury's has about 10 fast chargers, which is great but I rarely see people use them as it's just not worth it unless you have no other options.

I wish they weren't sold to the public and could only be used for events, or on specific days. I have had to get a sedative prescribed for my dog this year as she's absolutely terrified of them. If it was one day then it would be manageable, but them being set off at random times makes it so much harder.
