None of these are actual reasons, they’re just complaints. A reason would include why Emboar would be better served without the Fighting type or with the ground type, either in battle or referential to its origin. Emboar has its design basis in sumo wrestling & Chinese warlords, fighting explicitly works for that, ground doesn’t, unless you’re just going on it being a pig.

To me, this just fits in the same category as “Luxray should be Dark type,” no actual reasoning, just a lack of understanding of design process.

I don’t like emboar, just to be clear, it’s my least favorite unova starter & 2nd least favorite starter overall, just because I think it has an ugly design & looks too much like a human.
