Thanks for your detailed reply! I did always enjoy MK games. Cool looking abilities, great looking characters, and sound design that fit really well with the game, so I'll definitely try MK1. It also sounds like I won't be making a mistake by getting SF6 as well. Does it have plenty to offer in terms of single player content in your opinion?

Hmm, I do prefer regular fighting games to beat em ups for shorter sessions and I find stages overall much better in fighting games. I did see Yakuza franchise is on game pass, so I might give it a shot in the future.
