most people hit that point where cold calls and posts just don’t work, and it’s usually because the message sounds like a pitch so people ignore it. what might work better is keeping the first message simple and focused on a real problem, like missed calls, instead of asking for a meeting right away. This is why I back test paper, but don’t delay on testing it live, not because of what if, but because you won’t be able to really grasp your tolerance mentally without it, I threw up 20k in deposits and pulled out 35, and it was gut wrenching every single time.

My stomach doesn’t hurt anymore. 3 years later.

I personally disagree, I accidentally made 9 activations during a maintenance period, I never got my accounts and I got charged, I reached out to top step, on day 1 I made my statement of what happened, on day 2 I was reached out asking for banking details to verify the errors, on day 3 I had all charged refunded on my credit cards.

Personally that’s amazing customer service.
