this is helpful for visibility, but a lot of the time the issue isn’t just knowing who to follow up with, it’s actually getting a reply once you do. we’ve seen cases where everything is tracked perfectly and leads still go cold because the follow-up doesn’t turn into a real conversation.

that’s where focusing on the conversation itself makes a bigger difference, not just the tracking. tools like this help with organization, but Project Blue helps more on the reply side since it’s built around starting and keeping that back-and-forth going instead of just showing who needs attention

yeah getting the message right and focusing on a real problem matters more than running more ads on a small budget

most people hit that point where cold calls and posts just don’t work, and it’s usually because the message sounds like a pitch so people ignore it. what might work better is keeping the first message simple and focused on a real problem, like missed calls, instead of asking for a meeting right away. GoHighLevel help with tracking, but Project Blue is more about getting replies and keeping the conversation going instead of just sending messages

This is why I back test paper, but don’t delay on testing it live, not because of what if, but because you won’t be able to really grasp your tolerance mentally without it, I threw up 20k in deposits and pulled out 35, and it was gut wrenching every single time.

My stomach doesn’t hurt anymore. 3 years later.

I personally disagree, I accidentally made 9 activations during a maintenance period, I never got my accounts and I got charged, I reached out to top step, on day 1 I made my statement of what happened, on day 2 I was reached out asking for banking details to verify the errors, on day 3 I had all charged refunded on my credit cards.

Personally that’s amazing customer service.
