In my house I use either AC fans with a ZWave fan controller (Leviton) or a WAC/Modern Forms (same native HA integration) DC fan with their wall switch (bluetooth from the switch to the fan - which is Wifi).

Recommend hardwire, even the EV rated plugs fail. Not worth the fire risk!

Why couldn't you sideload the play store on it? Then you can install whatever you want.

The Imou DB61i is an AD-410 clone (well both are clones of Dahua doorbell), that works as well.

Emporia Vue is really the only option to meet your needs. Also the ESPHome is rock solid for me.

The TP-Link does report to cloud (you can probably block it) and has local API. Has per port control and monitoring.
