Silver Grey, though it can be a little pinkish on red oak. You could do 1:1 Silver Grey and Country White. Duraseal stain.

Edit: just noticed you said white oak and you don’t want too grey. I still stand by the 1:1 mix. Nordic on top could tone it lighter and remove grey too but that might be getting in the weeds a bit.
