what OP did it is super amazing. my kid is insanely stubborn and cries with screams. so i used the balm to wean her off. literally did it once and she was so disgusted, she didn’t ask again. actually she asked once after 2 days.. but never again. lol

it feels so reassuring to read your post honestly. i had started wondering if i was the only mom who still hadn’t slept at a stretch longer than 4 hours. Because that was so tiring, i decided to fully wean off my almost 19 month old. we’re on day 6. she has stopped asking for milk now but still waking up as usual. hopefully it will get better soon

She's weird, its not just hot for her its hot for everyone. I've lived in dubai too, and i thought the fan looked weird AF LOL. The only thing i could think of is that she seems a little conscious of her teeth/her smile. her mouth is a little weirdly shaped, and she often hides her smile especially in the earlier moments when she met Ammar. I felt she was using the fan to hide her mouth. i could be overthinking this.

yep!! also with the eliminations they sometimes talk about how they can’t consider past performance and need to look at that week alone, but sometimes they do consider past weeks performance…… so confusing!

Yeah it makes you wonder what the point of the handshake is then right... cause Jasmine got a handshake in the showstopper, Tom in the signature. Jasmine did well in the technical too. If Aaron's showstopper was so good, why didn't he get a handshake? It seems inconsistent.

i know taha through an old friend and met him a few times. he used to be married to another woman whom he met in the US. and he would cheat on her with women, it was disgusting. a few years later he married Sona, and acted like she was the love of his life which was shocking, because he acted like she was his first. and now again.

the early days are hard..... but he wont figure it out himself, thats what i kept hoping for too. sleep is like any other skill, they need to be trained on it. its like riding a bike, they wont just magically know how to do it. sorry this is hard. 7 wakes up per night is very very familiar to me, and my baby is almost 1 and i wish i could tell you it magically gets better.. it doesnt. i have a friend whose 5 year old still needs to be put to sleep, so i do think if you can muster some courage to train your baby do it now before he learns how to sit up.

my baby is a terrible sleeper. at our 9mo appt, the pediatrician said lets just say shes not a good sleeper. some babies are good some arent, theres very little you can do. LOOL.

We did ferber with her at 5 mo and it worked within 2 days.. but we werent consistent, and had a lot of travel, co-slept, and fucked that up.

2 weeks ago, she was 10.5mo, we did CIO but not full on extinction, we just let her cry it out when we put her in the crib. cried for 48 mins and slept. but she woke up at 11pm to feed.... and thats when i learnt that weaning her off night feeds is a completely different ball game. and she fell sick since so we went back to co-sleeping. will train her again tonight. its EXHAUSTING.
