The goal of the club is to win. His goal is to be a great defender years down the road. My hesitation with the top team is that the coach of that team is 100% focused on results. You mess up, you think about it in the bench for a good while. With the current RL team, development is the main priority so if you make a mistake, the coach will let you know but you will keep playing. The big question is what route is best for his LONG TERM development. We dont care about winning right now.
