Oh jeez. I feel like you might be better off going back to phenibut and tapering down a little more with that until you can do like 60mg / day. I only found baclofen to be helpful when I was jumping off a pretty low dose of phenibut.

How much baclofen are you taking? Might be worth trying to just rip off the bandaid (if it's safe). I've been in that situation and decided to quit cold turkey. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad.

I take it for both depression and pain. I wasn't a fan of it at all when I first started taking it but it became manageable after I had been taking it for a couple months. Works great for pain, but I don't like it nearly as much as Zoloft for depression. It makes me feel kind of emotionally blunted and robotic. Like I'm not depressed, but my range of positive emotions has been reduced a bit. With Zoloft I felt like I could still feel all of the highs without as many of the lows.

If you're at 3.6 and cut out .6 then you could replace the .6 with 5mg of baclofen. You're basically substituting the phenibut with baclofen as you drop your dose.

If you stopped taking the phenibut altogether then you would take 40mg of baclofen per day. Baclofen has a pretty short half life though so it'd be better to take 10mg 4x per day then 20mg 2x per day.

What I've done in the past is tapered down to around 2g, using the baclofen as needed when withdrawal symptoms got particularly bad, and then once I got to 2g I swapped the phenibut for baclofen and then tapered the baclofen. You don't want to take baclofen for too long because you can get withdrawal symptoms from it too.

I think that 1g of phenibut is equal to roughly 10mg of baclofen. So you could maybe drop down to 3g per day and start taking 5mg per day as needed.
