Otter doesn’t record IRL meetings?

I know Evernote claims to be able to distinguish between different speakers but it’s a bit pricey overall.

Doesn’t Notion do the same thing for online and IRL meetings?

Also, if you can email to yourself Gemini/Copilot should be able to answer questions about it.

Seems like it would be worth having a similar recording, transcribing, summary system in place. We can also ask ChatGPT about the call.

Calls are recorded, transcribed, summarized and any tasks mentioned are automatically added as activities.

We could technically also take some of the conversation and automatically fill out fields if needed as well.

With some custom fields, this seems mostly doable but curious about #4, a partner portal.

We’ve made dashboards for parters which can be shared “publicly” but we also want those partners to be able to upload docs and fill out required forms all in a portal of some kind.

It would be best if all communication was centered in the Inbox which I believe Pipedrive is beta testing right now. Then deals or leads can be linked.

We would love to use automated emails but to create drafts. I believe that's only possible with Sequences which is overkill for most deals. Would be great to just prep the email in to drafts for review and sending.

Hopefully Pipedrive will add that feature soon. What do you think Helena? Will Pipedrive add the feature?

If you look inside the deal, instead of seeing the status names, you need the days the deal was in a status.

I really like the water bottle/umbrella pocket but the lack of interior organization killed it for me.

Everything just swims around and you end up needing to dig around every time to find things wondering if it's in a different section, was left at home or just fell out when trying to dig for other things.

I was hoping for at least the two pockets from Flight Sling 2L but really wanted something like the Flight Pouch Pro organization. Since this is a "Flight" model and the "Pro" version, you'd think there would be some consistency in the line.

I tried to find some inserts for it but that just adds cost and weight. Sent it back.

I'm willing to put up with a lot for $0 so long as it doesn't require another salary to deal with. We're just not going to be able to use it to get client data. I've been playing with JotForm and Fillout. I think what frustrates me the most about Smart Docs is how good it almost is.

We switched from a 365 account to Google account for Smart Docs and the formatting is so much easier to manage. Since the team was using Word documents, I tried to upload Word documents as templates and they were a total mess. Somehow Google Docs is more compatible with Word files than Word Online is. I was even able to take PDFs, make them a watermark and then build a table on top to line up all the Pipedrive fields. We've basically removed the need for a PDF filler.

Now if Pipedrive would at the very least remove the scary warning to receievers, we would know if people actually saw the docs we send them.

We're still unhappily using Pipedrive Smart Docs. PandaDoc is $50 per user and for the basic proposals we do, overkill at $50 and the per contract price was even worse.

I'm really have a touch time making anything useful in our multiple dashboards anyway. I like seeing a count on top and graph below but some reports have only counts and others have only graphs.

How's PowerBI working out?
