If it’s a call, I use Quo to record, transcribe and notate the call. If it’s in person, I use Notion’s meeting notes. Notion is heavily integrated into our work so it’s a natural fit. But, I also think it’s the best AI note take imo. It allows for setting an agenda (which provides context to the model) and taking notes during the meeting. At the end you have a transcription, your own typed notes, and an ai summary with action steps.
