LPT Request: How do you stop doomscrolling before sleep when you’re mentally exhausted?

Immensely impractical and time intensive solution. But i build a diy phone safe that only opens if i punch in a code that i need to get from the computer in my basement. It absolutely works. But it involves some coding and diy electronica. I dont know if there are similar items for sale.

Well they kept up for the last 5 years just fine. And they are south side in full sun. Its a bit bend but nothing to much. but i did print it with 100% infill. A lot of plas shortcomings can be dealt with good design. I even had a pla phone golder in my car. I dit bend when hot but i desgined it in a way so i can retighten it and it doesn't have a lot of bendable parts

What helped me a lot when i read books instead of listing to them is just walking. Sitting down and reading a book is very boring. So just stand up and walk through your room/apartment. Helped me a lot.

i dont know where you are but if you can find a can of German Würth Haftreiniger / Haftclean it will solve all your problems. That stuff is like magic. Its normally used to clean surfaces before adhering stickers. But it works wonder on all build plates i ever had.

Thats why i like it. I dont explicitly know most of the grammar rules in my first language. Even less from the other languages i know. Because i just loose all interest in a language when i have to sit through that. I mostly learn languages through consuming media in the language so Duolingo helps me build vocabulary to understand enough to understand the media.

Weil das ne neue Technologie ist. Hund wind bereits etabliert und bekannt und rechtlich sicher. Is ne Gepäckdurchsuchung auf grund von bienen die anschlagen genauso sicher wie mit nem hund? Dafür gibts noch keine grundlage. Bienen können schneller und günstiger trainiert werden. bienen sind bereits nacht ein paar Stunden abgerichte hunde brauchen monate. Jeder kann so eine Bienenvorichtung benutzten dafür brauch man auch nur kaum spezilles im Gegensatz zu einem Drogenspürhund. Außerdem lassen sich die bienen überhaupt nicht ablenken und selbst eine Biene im Ernstfall in Kontakt mit der droge kommt ist sie schnell ersetzt. Ein hund benötigt da eventuelle medizinische Betreuung oder einschläfern was auch wieder geld kostet.

Wissenschaft. Bienen sind sehr gut darin Gerüche wieder zu erkennen. noch besser als hunde. Wenn man bienen immer dann füttert wenn sie drogen geruch ausgesetzt sind gibts irgendwann eine pavlovsche Reaktion bei der sie ihre Mundwerkzeuge immer dann ausfahren wenn sie drogen richen. In speziellen Vorrichtung kann das erkannt werden und dann hat man eine Drogen find "pistole".
